Should you decide to prepare your own books we
will offer our advice, and support you when required. Alternatively
we will prepare your books for you, allowing you more time to run
your business.
90% of our bookkeeping is carried out using Sage accountancy software,
we also offer sage training to clients who wish to prepare there
own books.

Your
bookkeeping is carried out by experienced bookkeepers, who will
keep your records up to date and ask the relevant questions to ensure
all aspects have been covered and all expenses have been included.
Therefore ensuring you are not incurring unnecessarily high tax

Your
Year End fee will be kept to a minimum because the bookkeeping will
be carried out to the necessary standard to ensure the year end
hours are kept as low as possible.
Vat
returns will be prepared from the sage records and therefore will
be accurate and reconciled to ensure correct returns are filed to
Customs & Excise.
Monthly
Management accounts can be provided to provide up to date information
to help you make informed decisions about your business. They may
also be required for mortgage applications or for use by your Bank

PAYROLL
Be it weekly or monthly we can prepare and produce
payslips from as little as £2 per employee. All you have to
do is provide us with the hours of work and rates of pay and we
will do the rest.
As part of our payroll package we produce your year end P35 and
submit it to the Inland Revenue via the internet on your behalf.
This saves you time having to complete manual year-end returns.

ACCOUNTS
To help you manage your business we can produce
monthly or quarterly management accounts. These can be used as a
tool for decision making when driving your business forward. They
also act as a guide as to how your business is doing, this prevents

FLOW FORECAST /BUSINESS PLANNING
As your business grows you need to predict for
the future, a cash flow forecast helps you to see how your bank
account or cash is going to be affected and enables you to take
action if nesseceary . It will help to show how investment in capital
items will grow your business and the effect on cash flow.
When setting up a new business, your Bank Manager would most probably
ask to see a business plan before they will lend you money. It also
